[...]This new publication is not as good as his first inspection and testing book. It does contain some excellent information on the testing of motors and central heating systems but being a first edition seems a bit more cobbled together than previous work. It also contains information that is hotly disputed by a number of electricians and lecturers. Check the IEE website for more information. Also please use a spell checker and proof reader for the second edition.

knowledge will be of tremendous value to any one
working within the electrical industry. Armed with
your books most competent practical engineers will be

A very good book, as the tittle says advanced testing techniques.
I would recomend to thos/anyone who was working in the looking after of electrical plant or those who want to get into the more techical side.
