I have thorugh work being doing a basic Excel course for staff. People wanted a more advanced course to do more fancy things. As this was new territory for me, I purchased this book, based on the first review.
It is very very good, it expects you to know a good basic level of Excel,
but the way it describes how to do certain Excel functions, espcially VB objects has made the learning of these new skills a joy.
I never really thought I would get to grips with Macros and assigning them to command buttons, but the way it is laid out is very easy to understand yet very powerful.
It readily builds from one section to the next. The last chapter, 50 Excel tips is really great, about 30 of them I had never come across and yet they are very concise but great for adding value to creating a course.
Thank You.
