More in depth than most books on the subject I found this book very informative. A basic understanding of Biology is required to understand the book fully though.

I have not yet had the chance to read this book from cover to cover but so far it exceeds my expectations. The text is very clear and well written. It feels like all the information is well researched. I was looking for a book that would enhance my knowledge about nutrition in the sport & fitness area and this book certainly delivers!
