Step up from basics 8 Dec 2010

I brought this textbook for my 2nd year studies as an nutrition undergraduate as it was recommended by my lecturers. I have found this book to provide thorough biochemistry of nutrition and human metabolism that is easy to understand yet not too simple, with some useful detailed illustrations which always help learning. All the chapters are all essential in gaining knowledge in the science of nutrition and is written in a way that you'll want to read it like a novel (well at least to me)!

It is very helpful for student who wants to study MS in nutrition or even for undergraduate. Most of the universities require this book as a reference for Nutrition and Metabolism classes.
