Harris et al managed to compile all the necessary information you need for examining the orthopaedic patient into a compelling book. The book is divided into examination of the hip, knee, spine, foot, etc and features a good description of most of the tests available for the specific region. It also relates the examination technique to common complaints and diseases. The book is well illustrated (see for yourself...) and I can recommend it to any Orthopaedic trainee.

This is a great book. Just the right amount of info. It covers all areas uncommonly well without any waffle.

However I was very disappointed that this in copy the photographs are black and white. I had a copy in colour a couple of years ago and I have to say that the illustrations are fantastic and they look so much better in colour!

Great book. Brings together all the special tests while remaining relavent and concise. Stands on it's own without the nice pictures but they definately add to the appeal!
