I've used these earplugs for about 2-3 rehearsals and a gig or two since getting them, every time, I've left with ringing in my ears. In their defense, they do give a nice even and clear sound when you are wearing them, but if they don't block out damaging noise, they just aren't doing their job right. I thought I'd give a new brand a try, but they just don't work as well as my previous set (E.A.R. ClearE.A.R).

These little gems have been a life saver to me. I spend a lot of time listening to Student bands and doing live music assessments and these have allowed me to hear clearly whilst attenuating the sound evenly across the frequency spectrum. Really good product.
