I have a valid serial numbered copy of Adobe Acrobat standard 7.0, bundled with a Fujitsu scanner. I assumed this was upgradeable to Acrobat X standard as stated in the advertisement and purchased the upgrade version in good faith. However, it seems it appears that this is not considered by Adobe as upgradeable, because although it installs and validates the Acrobat X software it does not recognise the installed version of Acrobat 7.0 as a qualifying product. Tried to contact Adobe but the support is hidden behind a brick wall. All I can do is to return the software to the supplier. I should make it quite clear that I don't blame the supplier, but I am really pissed off by Adobe
