The bad review on here have prompted me to write a review.
I first used adios a couple of years back when i was at weight watchers and my weight loss had slowed down
the first week of using them i lost 4 1/2 lbs the previous week without adios id only managed to lose 1/2 lb
i hadnt done anything different other than take these pills so they can work if you are following a diet with them they wont work miracles if you dont diet while taking them. As for the hair loss side effect i actually do think thats true im not talking about clumps of hair falling out but i was losing more than normal while brushing and washing my hair. so i would only recommend trying them for a few weeks definately no more than that.

My mum bought these to aid her with slimming and they do work! She has been following a diet but she swears that these tablets increased her weight loss! Now lost over 2 stone and looking fabulous.
It didnt work ! My partner and I both put on weight after taking them for 2 weeks despite sticking to a balanced diet and exercising. They are now in the bin.

didnt work
Well these did not work for me. Lost zilch in wieght might work for others but not me
