What you see, you do not get! As one of the other reviewers pointed out the mount you get is completely different to the one pictured. The one you see is a TomTom mount. This is an inferior copy. And it didn't work for me. A compltere mis-description. If you want the one you get I am sure you can get it cheaper. I feel cheated. It went straight back.

The product that arrived was not the one illustrated and did not have the functionality of the original TOm Tom mount. However the supplier acceptd the item back without question so original delivery and service were OK.

I bought this for my Dad, as his had broken. Looking at the picture you think "Hey, great thats exactly the same as the one I need". Unfortunately, this is not the case. It is an shocking copy and it did not fit nor resemble anything like the picture. I was told to 'force it in' and that 'it would not damage your Tom Tom'. But if you honestly think I'm 'forcing' a cheap copy into an expensive Sat Nav, then you're mad? Especially at this price! Sent back got refund.....but was asked to keep it first to try and make use of it? However didn't get p&p sending it back!
