Product Description

Manufacturer's Description

There are so many mazes and puzzles out there that are soon condemned to a life on a shelf gathering dust, but not this one! Get set to be driven crazy with the AddictABall puzzle. The AddictABall features 138 stages and will keep you amused or addicted for hours!. Starting at stage 1, make the ball follow the maze without dropping off the puzzle and follow the stages till you reach the end, it could take a while! Don't worry, if you fall off there's also cheat stages where you can join the game part way through.

Product Description

The aim: To get the shiny ball through all the stages of the maze to the end. There are two main games: Try to get from the start to the end in one go without falling off the maze or getting so frustrated you throw it out of the window or bounce it off someone else's head (made out of a soft plastic just in case you do). Another game is to do a time trial with your friends to see who can do it all in the fastest time and get the maze record. The maze is numbered to guide you and keep track of where you get to (incredibly useful if you fall off and can't stand the idea of starting all over again). Suitable for ages 6 years + Safety Information: Warning. Not suitable for Children under 3 years.

5.0 out of 5 stars Addictaball (large): Addictive ball of fun! 9 Jun 2011
By Victor HALL OF FAME TOP 50 REVIEWER
Durability: 5.0 out of 5 stars    Educational: 5.0 out of 5 stars    Fun: 5.0 out of 5 stars
This is a really great toy and not just for children!

The toy is a clear plastic sphere, inside is a 3-D maze, around which you have to guide a small ball bearing until you get it into the cup right at the centre. There are 138 moves, each one requiring a steady hand and an ability to think round corners as you try to work out how to tilt the sphere.

The maze is ingenious, with lots of clever obstacles for you to get around. The toy is quite well constructed and durable, and I can see it lasting a long time. It is also highly addictive and very frustrating! Once you have a go you will not be able to stop, and if you do complete it I guarantee you will be starting all over again straight away. It is hours and hours of fun.

As well as being fun, the game is a good educator/trainer - it promotes had eye co-ordination and problem solving abilities. All in all a great buy!

4.0 out of 5 stars Indistructable 2 Jan 2011

This puzzle is frustrating but compelling. It kept the whole family entertained for hours and not one of us has got to the end yet. Even the dog took a liking to it and loved chasing it around the room when no one was playing with it and its servived hard knocks and a robust terrier completely unscathed.

Now if we want to play with it we have to wrestle and fend off the dog first!!

Good toy.

5.0 out of 5 stars Does exactly what it says on the box 23 Mar 2010

It is frustrating, has reduced my nine year old to tears, my sixteen year old using language that should not said in front of his mother, and me a tad over 21 sulking like a five year old, but we love it and even after having it for over two months one of us is always playing with it. Some times we leave it for days but its like it calls to you and you just have to give it another try to see if you can get a little further. It really is addictive but is so much fun. I gave up smoking just before we got it and it helped as it gave my hands something to do and while concentrating on this i could forget about cravings. It also provides a great source of amusement as anyone who comes to our home gives it a try and it is always fun to see grown men reduced to petulant five year olds while exclaiming there must be something wrong with it. If you want to get your kids something that does not need batteries or needs to be plugged in then this is the one for you.

Triky and fun. Nobody in the family got it yet. The quality of the esphere is not the best plastic but for the price, it's not the worst.

5.0 out of 5 stars Fun for all!
Initially you think this game would be unsociable but it creates a healthy level of competitiveness between those calm enough to handle it! Hours of fun and frustration.
