Used on a microphone that needs phantom power from the mixer (48volts), this was much quieter than the previously bought cable for almost three times the money that eventually failed (from a different supplier). Very pleased and happy to recommend. Good chunky cable that works well.

This short-ish XLR lead at a reasonable price fits the bill for non-critical mic connection, e.g. a studio talkback. It is functional with the bonus of also being quite quiet. The connectors also seem better in quality than some other cheap mic leads. Good stuff!

Nice but not as nice I wanted
Don't get me wrong - this is a pro cable. However, I am just not that impressed with the strain relief.

XLR 3m Cable
I ordered a Adam Hall 3m XLR cable but that is not what I got. I was substituted with a much more inferior cable by QTC. Read more

Great Cable
So far so good. Don't know if this one will stand the test of time - my experience suggests that these cables rarely last long - but who knows!
