A cheap and cheerful midi cable, quality good for the price. Cable durability is fine for bedroom audio production and patch link ups. I guess for professional you would be looking at a weaved outer cable protection.
I purchased this cable so that I could play Rockband 3 (Xbox 360) in Pro-Keyboard mode with my Yamaha PSR-175 Keyboard. This Midi-Cable arrived quickly and is as described and it now connects my Midi-enabled Yamaha keyboard with the Rockband 3 Midi-Pro adapter (Xbox 360). Rockband 3 now plays like a dream in Pro-Mode with my Keyboard so that I can hopefully have a bit of extra incentive to learn how to play the keyboard / piano with Rockband 3 there to provide some incentive along the way! Works fine for it's purpose and seems to be a reasonable quality in a low-interference bedroom.
