This book has a lot in it yes, and if you are only starting out then this book is more for thos who have more information and understanding in the area. I use this every day im at clinic at my uni because its got alot in it and it is small! This makes it fast to find points and what they are good for. If your looking for a book that can help you find points fast and why they would benifit your clients then this book is for you! At my uni clinic we have to give reasions why we have selected each point for the client and what benifits they will get, this book gives a quick short answer for you so you can conferm this is the point I want!
So all i can say is yes, I love this book! Its much better than taking 3-5 huge text books with me to clinic!

This is my 2nd book. My 1st one was well over used. Great Quick references for points,treatments & Herbs references too. Love it, a must have for all those new TCM practitioners.

I love this book. I use it all the time and it fits in my lab coat just fine. I even take it with me to points class and add all the pertinent additional info my teacher says into it. It is well organized and there is an AMAZING amount of Bio MED info in it. It has the Big Picture, cun measurement charts and a bunch of other stuff. I have had mine for over a year and I keep discovering new things.
