This book is amazing! It's clear, easy to follow, and it works!
I use the routines for Fibromyalgia and Insomnia every day (and night), and now I'm using the Stress routine as well. The effects are instant and also increase over time as you do them every day - and no, I don't spend all day doing acupressure, far from it, but thanks to this book, and the friend who sent it to me from the States, I now have more hours in the day when I can do all sorts of things besides acupressure, my head is clearer, I concentrate better, I have more energy, I sleep better and I'm calmer even when things are horrendous.
My life really is transformed!

This book is the easiest, fasted way I have found to get rid of emotional baggage. All you do is press areas of your body with your finger(s) and the negative enery begins to lessen. The more you do, the better life becomes.
