A CHELTENHAM father and son have teamed up to help people beat stress. Psychology graduates Hugh and James Koch have put their heads together to produce the book Active Steps to Reducing Stress. The work is based on cognitive behavioural therapy techniques, using a series of steps which describe how to reduce stress in a positive, practical and action-oriented way.
