In his new book, Actionable Strategies . . ., Stephen Bonham has filled a void that has been missing in the literature of management. Namely, Mr. Bonham draws linkages between the many disparate approaches to performance, process, project, and risk management, and he provides insights into how these various management approaches inter-relate to each other. Mr. Bonham's cataloging and description of the many approaches to performance, process, project, and risk management is a useful reference. Mr. Bonham has meticulously researched this, his latest book. Each chapter is filled with stimulating ideas and concepts that both newcomers and experts alike will find enlightening. I also found the organizations he has chosen to illustrate his findings very helpful and varied, examples including Harrah's, Amazon, and a Denver hospital. I would recommend this book to all those striving to pursue actionable strategies.
