If you have any responsibility for delivering or facilitating action learning sets in your organisation - then this is an essential read. It's a very brief 84 pages long and the format is spacious and spread out with loads of clear examples and suggestions for all aspects of action learning set development. It is presented in accessible, bite-size chunks of information in a well-sequenced order. It asks all the FAQs you could possibly have and even as an experienced action learning set faciitator, I find it to be an invaluable addition to my toolkit.
