My first reading of a Simon Shaw book was a complete delight. I was particularly taken by the attempt to address the problem of the celebrity stalker, both benign and malevolent. With many friends at all levels of the acting profession, the backstage descriptions were particularly relevant, and I spent much of the book linking fictional names to real characters, completely futilely. However, the descriptions of Chichester Festival Theatre and its inhabitants rang so true, I felt I was there.I am out to look for more Simon Shaw
