This is a great video for anyone who grew up musically late 60s, with albums such as "The Mad Dogs and Englishmen Tour". And I did. The memories, the stirrings, come flooding back. It's the incomparable Joe Cocker a little later on, but still in excellent form. Saw a clip from this recording on YouTube and had to get the full version. Absolutely delighted.

I am very happy with my recent purchase of the DVD, Joe Cocker-Across from Midnight Tour. Some reviews stated that some of Joes's work in the 1990's, isn't some of his best work. However I'm am very happy with the standard of Cocker's work on this DVD

I received a DVD that was defective, on my complaint they sent me another one instantly. Surprisingly that was also defective.. maybe the batch is bad. Does not play properly on my DVD players or on the PC.

this dvd of joe cockers - across from midnight tour is very good.joe sings well and the band performs good. but the sound is lacking in bass weight,so it makes the sound a bit cold, mid range and treble is clear, joe's voice comes through the speakers with force.picture quality is like HD. the close ups of joe,s face with sweat pouring down are crystle clear.overall this is a good dvd well worth the money, just lacks a bit of warmth which bass brings.
