I have used Acronis Products before and have always been impressed with the quality and technology that I get for the value of money. I recently purchased the Acronis True Image Home 2012 to update my current solution and after installing it I can confidently say that I made the right choice!
I have 3 computers that I use for home and work, I am running windows 7, Vista and XP so I went for the 3 user license package. After setting up all 3 computers I could immediately copy the computer's hard drives and other important files and this was all done through a new and intuitive interface!
Acronis True Image Home 2012 is versatile and powerful, but it is still easy to use. The software wizards walked me through each task, and I can access help files that are just a click away on the control panel. The 2012 version features a high level calendar view that displays a heads up status overview of operations. It tells me quickly if a process was successful or if there's a warning or error situation.
Another great feature is Try & Decide, this allows me to create a controlled, risk-free workspace. Within this computer workspace, I can visit unsafe websites, open suspicious e-mails all at no risk to my computers files!
What's best is that Acronis True Image copies and restores my hard drive data with precision and accuracy, and runs faster than most other disk-imaging software. Acronis True Image Home 2012 has defiantly been added to my arsenal of top back up solutions that are great value for money!

I was recommended to use this product by my eldest son who is far more knowledgeable than myself and wife about these things.
He told me it would be easy to use and offer the protection we needed - It is and it does!
I have now installed all three licences on my Wifes, daughters and my own PC so I can now relax and not have to worry about losing precious moments, music and business files (I work from home as a consultant).
I would and already have recommended this product to friends as it represents incredible value for the piece of mind it delivers.

Having a lot of important data on my notebook and family PC I thought it was time to buy some back up and recovery software. Being a non techie I wanted something that I could just set and forget, knowing that it would back up all of my files automatically. I can tell you that Acronis True Image Home 2012 does this very well and was one of the key features that caught my eye.
After installing the software I was prompted with a intuitive interface of options which are very visual and easy to understand. The Get started" tab, for instance, has three large buttons titled "How to back up?", "When to recover?" and "What is sync? "by clicking one of these reveals a very simple 3-step slideshow explaining in basic terms how to get started. Great for non techies like myself!
Once I had selected my back up drive the software did the rest. Acronis was also at the top of my list because of it's value for money! Like Myself and many other families I wanted a affordable solution that can give me peace of mind when backing up my 3 household computers.
Another great feature that I can see my self using a lot is the Recover files from multiple points in time feature. With this feature I can access and restore my files from any backup completed in the past 45 days. If I have files that change a lot or If one of my files gets corrupt I can simply go back to a point in time where the file is not corrupted and download that one!
Amongst all I feel as though I have a solution that can take care of all my data back up worries. This is important to me because not only do I have a lot of personal data but I have a lot of memorable family photos and videos on my 3 computers which are memories that I just cant risk loosing.
