I received the disc from Amazon very quickly but when I loaded it the disc had an error. I phoned Adobe to report the problem and ask for their help, was kept on hold for 45 minutes then given a fault number and promised a return call. Someone called back and suggested I download a free trial version which did work but they kept reminding me to pay for the full version. I received an email saying that the problem was resolved so I rang Adobe to tell them that it jadn't been resolved, they told me to contact Amazon as Adobe hadn't sold me the item or pay them £20 for a replacement disc! I have now cancelled the order with Amazon and returned the faulty disc for a refund.
