i bought this after i bought my new 42 toshiba tv, as with all tv's today sound is very low and tinny. i didn't expect too much for the price. but i was wrong, bearing in mind all other systems are over £200. what a diffrence to your viewing pleasure from watching xbox 360 to hd tv,and dvd's it's night and day. the sub woofer really punches out the bass and having put the volume very loud no distortion from speakers. given the price of tv's and surround sound systems. this is a great additional extra to add to your tv pleasure without having to pay out big time. on the whole fantastic value and the speakers look quite good with their stands.

I bought this product because I need an extra kick whin I play my xbox , at first I was unable to connect it correctly but with a little help from a friend I was able to put it up correctly.Well for the money u paid it is a reasonable buy.The speakers are good quality and the sub-wofer really makes a difference. all in all it is a thumbs up from me.

Surround sound for consoles genius!,

This system is very good value for the money, this system is mainly for either DVD (5.1 connections and PC with 5.1 connections)
but you can connect via a red and white input either to the back of your tv, sky, via a red and white cable but you have to buy it seperately (which luckily I did) I've connected it straight in to the back of my 42" samsung tv,then connected my ps3 via the hdmi cable directly into the back of the tv, turn the sound down on the tv, and crank up the voulue on the surround sound, also you connect directly to the sky hd/sky + or sky digitial as there is also a red and white connection, for the money its worth it so you can get used to the luxury of the 5.1 sound at great value , my mate has just bought a new tv with a surround sound kit, but when i mentioned that i'd bought one from amazon, (i think he'd wished that he'd known about this one , rather then spending lots of £££'s)
