I followed the eating plan in this book to the letter and have to say that I got some very good results. The plan recommends a diet rich in omega-3 oils and low in simple sugars.

That probably over simplifies things a bit but in a nutshell thats what this is all about. There are two plans to follow (1) a fairly extreme 3 day thing where you're eating a cartload of salmon and (2) a 28 day plan thats more balanced and looks a little more like a normal diet.

I have to say that not only is my skin an 8/10 compared to a 3/10 (where it was before) I've lost 14lbs over the last 2 months. If you have problems with your skin I'd give it a go.
