This Acme whistle is advised for Labradors but I trained my Springer Spaniel with it most successfully and the same size is fine for my Lab.X and terrier. I also have an Acme 10.5 higher pitched, said to be good for close work with Spaniels, which also works fine, they respond to either. Excellent whistles, we have used them for years and never had a problem.

Great for the beach on a very windy day. Will take a bit of training so that dog gets used to. Use it for a few days calling dog from the back into the house and then giving him/her a treat then hit the beach and all is perfect. My little dog has a terrible habit of running off in parks and beaches but now she comes running when I whistle, v v loud too. Happy me

Dog Whistle works
Well made and delivered very quickly , very high pitched whistle --expecting it to be a little higher in tone though (you need to blow very hard to get the pitch required)
