I have imported two packs of 50's accucheck aviva test strips from england as they are not easily available here in calcutta. These are quite costly in compare with other test strips but in all practical sense they are quite accurate and very easy to use and require only 0.6 microliter of blood (so leess strip failure with insufficient blood sample than Ultrascan test strips.) Like other test strips manufactured by Ultrascan or Bayer's Roche should think over to reduce the cost of these strips in order to get access to many more diabetic patients.The multiclix and softclix lancing devices manufactured by Roche are the best I have ever used till date and they are expensive also but readily available with Accucheck Aviva Nano Gluco meters from Amazon UK.

I ordered these strips for my dad in the last week of December and they arrived on time but the expiry date on these strips was April and that's too soon. He will not be able to use more than half of them before they expire.

A great product. Does exactly what it says and the supplier's service is second to none and the price is the best I have found to date.

POSTAGE
I thought 20.49 was ok for the strips it was the 30.88 postage fee I object to, particularly as such a small item is coming from the UK to Europe!!! Read more
