Big, bold and bright,

Easy to set up, easy to see in both daytime and night time, and a very good alarm. The only small issue is if you do not like any light when you sleep, and it is bright and does illuminate the room a little. The alarm is loud and cetainly has us moving about to hit the snooze button. Shame that there are no other tones or a volume control, you certainly won't sleep through this alarm. Nice product and am very pleased

I bought this alarm clock wanting one where you didnt need to turn the lights on to check the time. My old clock had red numbers and fitted the bill. Its so bright, its off putting. In daylight its difficult to read the time as the numbers blur as the light is so bright. I wouldnt recommend buying this clock and have gone back to using my old one.

Too much everything..,

The clock is way too bright, it lights up the whole room. It also makes a really loud buzzing sound. Both of these problems have stopped us using it in the bedroom. I have now put it in the kitchen, where the bright light will not bother us, but the constant buzzing is still really irritating. The next room it goes in may be the loft! I can't comment on the alarm as we never got as far as using it. This would have been perfect if it had a dimmer switch on it and didn't constantly buzz. If you are partially deaf and do not mind your whole bedroom being lit up blue like a tv has been left on, then this may be the clock for you.
