Product Description

Accounts for Solicitors is a practical introduction to a subject that all practising solicitors need to understand. The text is divided into two parts, the first leading the reader through the fundamentals of double entry bookkeeping, the second dealing with the accounts of solicitors and, in particular, the need to account for a client s money in accordance with the Solicitors Accounts Rules. Written in simple, non-technical language, Accounts for Solicitors provides a clear and comprehensive introduction to this complex subject with worked examples, self-test sections and key learning points at

5.0 out of 5 stars Good quality product, poor delivery!, 24 Mar 2009
The quality of the product was good, as expected. I chose the delivery to be made in 1-2 business days, because I needed the book.
I was at home all morning of the expected day of delivery, to make sure that no delivery problems will occur.
But problems did came up as the buzzer does not have the flat number on. But the delivery man didn't even bother to buzz just any buzzer, come inside the building and come up to the right flat number!
He prefered to adopt the poor excuse of no flat number on the buzzer and just leave a notice of non-delivery on the doorsteps! Even the mailing boxes are on our flat doors!
My flatmate found by accident the notice, and i immediately called the delivery company (citylink), which tried to blame me! I demanded for a re-delivery the same day and they told me that they couldn't guarantee me the exact time. So, I had to wait for them to do their job all day long!
Eventually, the book was delivered.
