In the current economic climate the Key Account Manager (KAM) has a vital role to play in the success of his business. This book is a must read for every KAM and those who manage KAMs. It is very easy to read and is full of very practical and helpful guidance. I thoroughly recommend it.

It's a very simple overview didn't think it was value fir money only purchase if you are starting up in Account Management as there are some good hints but not really at a level suitable fir me
