David Allen demonstrates his vast experience of the cleaning industry in this book. It is obviously extremely well researched and recommended reading or as a reference for anyone operating in the cleaning and maintenance industry. The detail includes the UK and European standards applying to the industry as well as tasks, specifications and many more essential items that will be of interest to contractors, employers, students and teachers. Money well spent. If you don't want to buy another book on cleaning - get this one.
