Ideas for accessorizing your home, 1 Jan 2010
By L. M. Keefer - Published on Amazon.com
This review is from: Accessorize Your Home: Over 400 Perfect Finishing Touches for Your Living Space (Hardcover)
This book is best for readers who are looking for accessorizing ideas for styles such as cottage, European and American country and modern interiors. Traditional and formal interiors aren't represented as much. The book focuses on accessorizing with pictures, mirrors, flowers, soft furnishings, china and glass, decorative objects and collections. The accessories are arranged artfully, casually and naturally. If you're a fan of Carolyn Clifton-Mogg's other books, as I am, you should enjoy the pictures and content of this book.

I really enjoyed this book and continue to do so.
It is a great reference book for showing us how to put our
colections and accessories together. The author never fails to please
and her research is extensive.

This book is good for people who have no style sense and really need a reference to get started. I was hoping for more original ideas and pictures to try something new with my collections. I bought this book used and it came in good condition so I will pass this on to someone for a gift who is just starting out. Many of the ideas could be found by flipping through a magazine though so keep that in mind when deciding to buy this book.
