When this item arrived i was totally thrilled. It was such a pretty piece that was better in the flesh than photo. Beautifully boxed. I'd originally bought it for the watch part but really liked the little hearts and flowers.
However, within a week of wearing it the gold finish started to wear off, revealing a copper coloured base metal. Now, i quite like copper so no big deal but shortly after that one of the crystal hour markers on the watch face fell off leaving a small hole. The metal links joining the charms to the chain have continued to tarnish badly and are now a dirty brass colour. The surface of both pearls has started to chip off too. So far aqua enamel has remained intact. I know this is only a fashion item and not designed to last forever but had i paid the original price i would have returned it for a refund. Sadly disappointed as i really thought it was a lovely piece of jewellery. This has happened despite my being really careful to remove bracelet when washing, showering etc.
