This is an excellent training tool, once you have worked out how to use it. I took weeks of persevering with their email support before I found out that you need to:
- download the student files to your hard disk,
- start Access,
- start the video (in my case in Windows mode),
- navigate to the subject you want to learn about,
- run the video until you reach a point you don't fully understand,
- either go back and run a part of the video again, or,
- pause the video,
- open the relevant student file in Access,
- try what you saw on the video, on the student files, yourself,
- if it doesn't look right, play part of the video again, pause and re-do the exercise.

All simple steps, but the package doesn't spell them out, so you can find yourself just looking at a list of files and wondering how to use them
