So this watch tracks Distance, Steps, Calories, and Heart Rate (Min, Max, Ave) all on your wrist and the included heart rate chest strap (user battery replaceable by the way, other companies usually have you buy a new sensor)
-Tracks Distance and Heart Rate (can work all day, or multiple sessions) in watch form and records all data into watch memory
-Uses accelerometer to track distance and speed, so no reliance on GPS (which won't last all day, and won't work indoors)
-Pedometer automatically adjusts to running and walking
-Heart Rate monitor that alerts you when you're above or below a range of heart rates, via chest strap
-More accurate able to do continuous Heart Rate tracking as compared to strapless Heart Rate Monitor watches.
-Cheaper than most watches that only do Heart Rate Monitor or Pedometer
-Error rate for distance (as compared to my GPS) and steps, is roughly 5%, which is stated in the manual, just keep that in mind when using
-I have skinny wrists, so takes up some real estate on my wrist, but still able to button my sleeve and wear it in work clothes for all day health stats.
Did a lot of research before pulling the trigger, so definitely a great buy for tracking all day (or by session) distance, speed, steps, and heart rate.
I would recommend this.
