Up until recently we have only offered duplicators in their barest form, with only the controller and not the necessary drives included. While this was fine for experienced users who prefer to choose their own drives, or perhaps already have spare drives that they can use, for those with little or no experience the process of choosing and installing drives can be a little daunting. As a solution to this we started to offer a duplicator building service, which was great for those customers who wanted to choose the make-up of their duplicator and then let our experts to do the dirty work for them.Now we've gone one step further and provided an even better solution for the duplicator novice, these units come pre-built with the latest NEC DVDRW so you don't have to worry about installation

Brand new 1 to 1 PIONEER/NEC ACARD 16X CD & DVD Duplicator Copier
Usually to back up a lot of CD/DVDs, you have to boot a computer, and execute the job via burning software and of course you have to spend time learning how to operate and repeating every step, too. In view of this, Acard produced these standalone duplication systems to meet the demand. They are easy to operate, and can back up many discs at one time.
The normal setup for this duplicator would be 1x DVD-ROM controller and 1 x DVD Writers, allowing you to put 1 disc in and take 1 copies blank disc that you put into drive. As an alternative a standard 3.5" Hard Drive can be fitted inside for storing disc images.
The unit has 1 DVD ROM controller and 1 quality PIONEER/NEC 18X dual layer, dual standard drives. This device does not need a computer - it just uses its own LCD display so just switch on and burn!
This unit comes ready for immediate use.
The drive has many uses including:
* Duplication of CDs.
* Duplication of DVDs.

Wanted to copy the family video`s, that i had put on DVD to share with family and friends, without having to bother booting the computer every time i needed to do another copy, So as i had known a friend who had one of these copiers i thought that i would take a chance and buy one. Ordered it on 4/04/2010 ! Easter weekend and it arrived on the 7/04/2010. Opened the box plugged it in and within 15 mins I had 3 (three) copies of my DVD. I can only say that it dose what it says on the box. Five out of Five. for this product. and excellent service from LPC Shades FIVE STARS From ME.

Exactly as advertised - exactly what I wanted. A DVD Copier used without a PC.Very good User Instructions and very easy to use. Very good reproduction from source DVD to blank DVD both in imagery and audio. I am very pleased with the results. I use my PC to Edit the videos transferred from my Handycam and create a Master DVD which I then copy on the Acard 1 to 1 Copier. This way I don't contaminate the edited Master copy on the PC.

This recorder was the best price I could find on the internet for what it does a great unit it is so simple to use does exactly what it says on the box a most simple copier unit to use every thing is done for you have only had the unit for a short time so am hoping for many years of good use from the Acard. Thanks again for a great product.
