I would not say that these supplement dont work as they truely do work. I have been taking these very capsules for the last 2 months. Whilst taking them, I did not change my eating habbit- meaning I still eat choclates, buscuits, cakes, and crisps (in moderation). Despite this, I am still managing to lose 1 or 2 pounds a week and they were weeks where my weight remained the same as the previous week. The main point is that I am still losing weight. I am positive that I will lose more weight each week if I eat sensibley and/or exercised.
The disadvantage is that I have been feeling very tired and sleepy. A week ago I began having oolong tea (whilst still taking Acai). They have number of advantages including that it helps with weight loss and keeps a person awake and alert. Despite having oolong tea, I am still feeling tired and sleepy and few days ago I began taking 2 Acia capsules 2 or 3 hours before I went to bed. I have been sleeping like a log which is a bonus to me as I suffer from sleeping problems and lack of sleep causes problems.
I am changing my eating habits and will weigh myself in a week's time and see whether I have lost more than 2 pounds.
As this supplement has 1 disadvantage, I give 4 stars rather than 5 stars.

The product arrived much quicker than quoted so that was a great start! Not sure of the effects yet, although my skin looks better after taking the Acai berry, this could be a coincidence but it would be a strange one, I do feel more energized but haven't seen any weight difference so I would definitely say there were positive effects from taking them but I need to be on them longer to know for sure.

weight gain not loss
AFTER 3 WEEKS TAKING THESE I HAVE PUT ON 4 lbs. I THINK THAT SAYS IT ALL. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. WILL MOST CERTAINLY NOT BE WASTING ANY MORE MONEY ON THESE.
