I thought i would try this product for the antioxident benefits rather than as a slimming aid and overall i have noticed a difference. Although i am not trying to lose weight, the tablets do seem to curb your appetite as i have not wanted to snack as often, so probably would benefit taking these alongside a strict diet. When i first started taking these, i was really run down with a cold, i have certainly recovered quicker than normal and do feel good in myself. the most noticeable difference for me is my hair and nails, i have been wearing gel nails for many years now and my own nails are very weak and noticeably damaged, after just 2 weeks of taking these tablets my nails are looking so much better and stronger as is my hair. I can certainly tell that these tablets clear out your system as i suffer terribly from constipation normally, but this has vastly improved since starting taking the Acai Berry. I am certainly going to continue taking these as i am impressed with the results so far.

Having read quite a lot of information on Acai berries I was still rather sceptical about their benefits, but still decided to give it a go. I have been delighted with the results. After only 10 days of taking Acai I find that I have a lot more energy and although I did not especially want them as a slimming aid I find that I do not snack between meals and have lost about 2 - 3lb which is fine for me another 2lb and I will have achieved my target and I'm not in any hurry. I would certainly recommend them to my friends. One report I read stated that they have been helpful in reducing cholesterol and as my cholesterol is higher than it should be I am looking forward to having a test in a few months time to see if it has lowered. I had looked into Acai berry supplements for a few weeks and this product was by far the best when it came to reviews and feedback. It isn't full of bulking agents and most importantly is 100% pure Acai berries and not from a concentrate. If you can't manage to harvest your own berries straight from the Brazilian rainforest, then I think this is the next best thing!

Be patient it does work
