4.0 out of 5 stars A good resource for any iPod owner, 23 Jan 2006
This book is an excellent guide for anyone who has bought themselves an iPod. I am an advanced computer user, but I am not beyond looking at any book which is aimed at the 'beginner'. There is always something new to learn, and this book filled a few gaps in my knowledge about 'Authorizing' my computer, and some useful tips for managing my iTunes library. If anyone has recently acquired an iPod (4th generation and previous) or iPod mini, they will find this book useful and informative.

1.0 out of 5 stars Leave this book on the shelf, 12 Jan 2006

(REAL NAME)
This book is a straightforward user guide, but it does not tell you how to deal with music files that are incompatible with the iPods proprietory system, which is a disapointing omission.

This is not a trouble shooting guide, so if you are looking for comprehensive information, leave this on the shelf.

By G. J. Kleinpell - Published on Amazon.com
This review is from: Absolute Beginner's Guide to iPod and iTunes (Absolute Beginner's Guides (Que)) (Paperback)
I highly recommend this book to get a grasp on all the features of the fabulous Ipod. The author obviously has a good grasp in writing technical manuals. Well organized, easy to understand, bits of appropriate humor....this book will leave you with a great understanding of the workings of the Ipod, and well on your way to becoming a power user.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great Purchase, 7 Sep 2007
By christine - Published on Amazon.com
This review is from: Absolute Beginner's Guide to iPod and iTunes (Absolute Beginner's Guides) (Paperback)
Because of the reviews of others on Amazon I decided to take a look at this book and then I purchased it. Filled with tons of information. Easy to read, understand, explained well and enjoyable. You cannot go wrong with this book. I doubt even the inexperienced will have any problems using an iPod after reading this.
