5.0 out of 5 stars A Brilliant Thriller 26 April 2007
Format:Paperback
This first novel from Eve Isherwood is well written and fast paced - the book is a real page-turner. For me, a characteristic of the work is the way the heroine, Helen Powers, moves from one dangerous scene to the next throughout, but the author holds us in each desperate situation for page after page with great skill before extricating Miss Powers to move smoothly on to the next difficulty.

The names Eve Isherwood and Helen Powers are destined to become famous with the reading public.

5.0 out of 5 stars Couldn't put it down 25 April 2007
Format:Paperback
I normally only read one crime or thriller novel every 2-3 weeks, but this one I read in a day. Action packed and exciting all the way through. I couldn't put it down.

Helen is a heroine I could identify with, and the story is well told. Excellent. More of the same please.

5.0 out of 5 stars A superb read 27 Feb 2012
Format:Paperback
Eve Isherwood brings characters not only to life, but into your life, especially if you are from the English Midlands. Helen Powers is a struggling photographer in Birmingham and now driving past many of the places mentioned in the book, the life between the lines takes on a new angle.

Eve now writes under her married name E.V.Seymour and her Paul Tallis character continues that feeling of knowing the people she introduces to you. I can't wait for "Resolution To Kill" to come out - any day now.
