Boulter's book is a fantastic book that will surely give you not just great abs, but a fantastic overall physique. Read his dedication page first, it just gives you all the motivation to want to put your all into your workouts. What I really loved was that Boulter starts by telling you that he believes that a fabulous physique can be achieved without a high priced gym membership using just a few things, one of the major components of this book is bodyweight exercises. In addition, he uses free weights and a chin up bar. I like that Boulter is very honest, it isn't all about the workouts, it's your diet as well. It is very nice to read a section specifically targeted at women, to get them into strength training, this is great as most of these books are geared toward men. In the book, the exercises are detailed, there are pictures of every move whioch is particularly helpful. You will find everything in here from Burpees, to Turkish Get Ups to something I can't wait to try, pistol squats!! This is a great read, and I can't wait to put it to good use, after all, it's useless if I don't use it!!
