The Science World: Six Lost Scientists CD-ROM contains activities and resources which make learning and revising the National Curriculum Science exciting and fun. The program has been developed by a science teacher, in collaboration with multimedia designers at Liverpool John Moores University, and is one of a new series of Science World titles.
The Science World: Six Lost Scientists CD-ROM contains activities and resources which make learning and revising the National Curriculum Science exciting and fun. The program has been developed by a science teacher, in collaboration with multimedia designers at Liverpool John Moores University, and is one of a new series of Science World titles.
It is intended to be of principle use to students looking for a fresh and lively approach to help practise, improve and sharpen their knowledge and understanding of science. The content supports learning in science at levels 3 to 6 of the National Curriculum and covers the syllabus content of GCSE (to foundation level).
The activities are set in an adventure game. Players travel through time and space, taking on scientific challenges to help rescue the Six Lost Scientists.
