Low Cal; High Protein!

These are really excellent protein drinks. They are high in protein at 35g per can and low in calories, at 170 per can. I've only tried the chocolate but found it to be thick and creamy and very satisfying. The first can I tried I did NOT shake enough, and the bottom of the container had clumps of undissolved protein mix. That can also had a kind of tinny taste from the aluminum.
The next cans I shook very well, and the shakes were properly mixed. No tinny taste (nor aftertaste) was detected and it really did taste like a rich chocolate shake. Additionally, these are pretty low in cost to comparable ready to drink protein shakes.

I found the ABB PurePro shake to be a very tasteful, healthy drink. The feature most appealing to me, is the minimal amount of sugar used in the shake.The shake helps supplement my protein intake without the accompanying problems I have with other forms of protein.I now can manage my weight gain comfortably and easy and still not experience hunger pangs.

If you've ever wondered what it would feel like to down half a chemistry lab, then you should definitely give this drink a shot. The taste is very metallic to the point of making you a little light headed. Not the best tasting RTD out there. I'd go with either Muscle Milk Light, or the Vextar Triple Chocolate Smoothie... good stuff!
