I have had several different types of ab rollers over the years and this one is right up there.
It was very easy to put together as its a metal frame and very sturdy and you get a manual and dvd that shows you what exercises you can do.
For the abs I added a couple of weights on to it and it really does work them I felt the pull on them straight away and am already seeing decent results.
You can turn it over and do dips and press ups so all in all you get a really good work out.
I would definately recommend it if you are looking to trim your fat belly :)

The ab roller is a great piece of training equipment and can be used in other ways ie for press ups and tricep dips there is also space for the use of weights to make the workout harder it is also a great price the only draw back are the plastic feet you have to be careful when moving the ab roller about otherwise the feet crack or break
