Please Note

- The knee pads on the unit will swivel when in use to mimic the body's natural movement.
- Regularly check all nuts, bolts, screws and the frame to be sure that they are tight and secure and have not suffered any long term wear that may cause the machine to break down.
- If parts are damaged, DO NOT use the machine until they have been replaced.
- Spray the plastic surface with mild, none abrasive cleaner to keep dust, sweat and marks off your unit after each use.
- Prior to each use check the wheels under the knee bowls to ensure that they are tight and secure and have not suffered any long term wear and tear.
- Prior to each use inspect your machine for loose components and tighten any loose components.
- Visually check all parts have been assembled correctly.
- Always use Ab Circle on a level surface.
- The recommended minimum area for access and safe operation of the machine is 10 square feet

I saw this advertised on a shopping channel, and liked the idea of it, as I hate doing sit ups, and always strain my neck when I try to do them. I have had two children, and, although I have managed to lose alot of the weight I put on, I am left with a big stomach, and so need to exercise my abs. I bought this machine, and have to say, I am a little bit disappointed in the safety aspects of it. Two things in particular:
1. Immediately upon using it, the pin which holds the knee bowls in place kept coming out. However, my Husband sorted this with two elastic bands, one over each end of the pin, which prevents it from coming out.
2. My knees (my right knee in particular) has slipped out of the knee bowls on more than one occasion, and have hurt myself once in particular. To be honest, I think this is a design fault, as I have tried to exercise with and without something over my knees, and no matter what I do, my right knee has a tendency to slip out of the knee bowl. I have perservered with it, and this week have tried to exercise with the machine set to the higher setting (where you increase the angle of the machine to give more resistance). My knee slipped out again and I hurt myself. Therefore I have to say that, had I known about this design fault, then I would not have bought it in the first place.
However, with the machine set to the lower setting, I am used to it now, and I HAVE noticed a difference in how I look when I stand sideways on in the mirror. Please just beware if you are buying this product, that I feel there are some safety issues with it!

Do not waste your money on this product! All it does is work your sides a bit, not your abs at all. save your money and do some sit-ups, far more effective.

Used the ab circle pro for 4 weeks, Good source of all round excerise no quick results but have noticed a slight change in stomache flatness and general fitness, slight discomfort in knee pads but is due more to technique (moving waist not knees) As with all excerise got to keep going to get any real results.

Ab Machine
Find it beneficial to use in firming and trimming of the areas.However i find your knees can tend to slip off. Only wish i could remember to use it more often.

Great work out
it is really good and you can feel it working when you use it. but make sure you have somewhere to store it unless you want to assemble it every time you want to use it.
