This was very easy to assemble. It is easy to store and light. I have been using it 3 times a week for 20 minutes each session and I can feel the difference also my trousers are fitting better !! I have set myself a goal so hopefully with continued used I will achieve it. Would recommend it.

Does exactly what it states in the advert, BUT..........
Is only a good product if you are willing to spend 10-15 mins tightening the main middle bolt before each use and after less than a minute working out. It states it can take people up to 250lbs but I am under 200lbs and yet the bolt is constantly coming loose even after about 30 seconds, I thought it might be due to my weight but my mum who is a size 8 had a go and it still came undone. poor workmanship, I wouldn't recommend buying this item unless you are willing to spend more time tightening the bolts than actually working out on it! I am sending mine back and waiting for my refund. Mum wanted 1 but after seeing how easy it comes loose she has now decided against it.

I am verey pleased with the unit I read that one person was having problems with the centre bolt I fitted a lock nut on the bottom nut and that fixed it Enjoy
