Other Worlds, Forty Way to Die, Endless Reverie are my fav songs. Slow improv dancing feels great to these, even used them in my dance classes for slow transition drills and it flows beautifully.

Ms Ali's previous solo outing Portals of Grace with her interpretations of medieval music raised suspicions (not least from the cover photo) that she has been a closet Goth all along. With "Elyzium For The Brave" she surely confirms this, presenting a wonderful mix of darker progressions of techno-middle-Eastern Farsi language tracks following on from her work with Niyaz and Vas, along with overtly Gothy Western New Age/pop/rock with English lyrics. This has been getting almost daily plays for the few weeks I have had it - magnificent stuff.

Azam Ali's voice on this is superb, along with great drumming, and Middle Eastern rythmns. Great entrancing chill out, but without the electronic ambient sounds often overdone.... music to get lost in!
