Overall- Great value for money.
I use this to capture my Xbox One gameplay, and it is amazing. It is easy to set up and record, however the only downside is that it does ever so slightly alter the colour of the gameplay. It seems a little darker when playing than it did before i bought it, however this does not seem to be a problem in the recording.

Had to return the item after using it less then a day. I really thought the card would be an amazing purchase given that the Live Gamer Portable from the same company worked so well. But the card stopped working the second time I tried to use it. I had to disconnect it from the motherboard and reconnect it. It worked again 1 time before it kept giving a no signal error in RecCentral. RecCentral is the main settings, recording and streaming hub for the device. It installs the drivers as well.

I think the main issue comes from this card not being able to readily capture HDCP video and audio without checking it. Whenever you send a signal to the card, it first checks if the signal is HDCP compatible before acting as a pass through. You can tell because there's a tiny 5 second wait every time you turn on RecCentral before the image appears on another monitor. Plus, it seems to me at least that the card won't allow the signal to pass through if RecCentral isn't open. which is another huge issue.

On a side note please keep in mind that the card only records at 30 FPS at 1080p. I don't understand why given that it's receiving the signal directly but there's the rub. You can keep it at 720p if you want to record at 60 FPS.

Okay i have been using this card for about four days so far the card has been amazing.

Pro's: Easy To Install, Drivers installed From there website, Simple to configure in OBS (Open broadcaster software), Very Little Input Lag ( 0.67 seconds at most)

Cons: If using a Triple screen PC, You will be forced to use DVI, DVI - and HDMI instead of DisplayPort, HDMI, And DVI

HIGHLY Recommend if your a Streamer

I use this card for an XboxOne, a Wii U, a PS4 and a 360, and it works flawlessly for all of them (I stream at 720p)

Not had a single viewer complain about quality yet

Allright. You should update the software to 8.1 if you're having audio capture issues. Otherwise, this is perfect with my Core2Quad and i3 PC. The videos on my Phone are just quality to watch in high definition.

Amazing card. Loving streaming with this. The quality is amazing and the no delay is another big plus. Works flawlessly with OBS and XSplit once the drivers have been updated. I would reccomend this to anyone, the incredible card you get for such a low price compared to any others. GG Avermedia you rock

Sorry but I'm double posting this, when I got the email to review this card I was signed into my brothers account and reviewed it with his account on accident.

I've already said everything to say pretty much but honestly, this card looks like it has bad reviews, but coming from someone who streams for a living (and has done for almost a year now), I promise you this card is absolutely amazing! You won't find better value for money, take the plunge. Worth.

While the capture card does do its job some of the time, it struggles most of the time. I frequently had issues where I would switch inputs on the monitor and the capture card would stop working. The quality however is very good for the price and if you can deal with playing through the preview instead this does an ok job. The issues however were too much for me so I returned the product.
