So I was looking for something that would record my gameplays and found a lot of capture cards, but then I looked at the Avermedia LGP and it looked super portable and after watching a review video of it I decided to get one myself. I couldn't wait for it to come and oh YES, it didn't take long to arrive.
I opened it and I felt like I was the luckiest person alive, it looked amazing! Came with everything, but I needed an extra HDMI cable which was not a problem as I have a few - also came with 3 month Xsplit membership which just made it easier and better for streaming.
After setting it up on my PC, I must say, I was impressed! it records 1080p@30fps and the quality is brilliant! Never had any problems with it and I guess I never will.
Now for the PC-FREE MODE, I used it for recording my Xbox 360 and I could see a bit of difference compared to 1080p but 720p@30fps, that's really good as no other capture cards have this feature. Never had a problem with that too, and again, I guess I NEVER will!
If you are looking for a capture card to record Xbox 360/One, PS3/PS4, PC... Then I suggest you get this. Hope this was helpful.
