These trainer quite simply are fantastic and excellent value for money compared to their counterparts! They are extremely comfortable to wear and you can feel the muscles working with hardly a strain. I highly recommend these shoes, I also own Shape ups (which I certainly don't intend to dish), but value for money it's got to be AVIA!

These trainers are so comfortale to wear. At first it took a short time to get used to the shape of the sole, now it feels very normal. You can feel the leg muscles having a good workout, glad I bought them!!!!

I bought these trainers because I had lost a lot of weight and needed to tone my legs, these trainers are so comfortable and feel so good when you walk in them, you feel as if you are bouncing. My legs are more muscular and defined and I want to walk the dog all the time, they are so good I have ordered another pair. One word of warning, they do take a little getting used to, don't go too far to begin with.

These were lovely, but to small. I have found this with trainers the sizes are. A little out. So they were returned with regret. The service was excellent.

Great value
These Itone trainers are fantastic value for money and very comfortable. Only one thing not quite happy with is that the back of the trainer is quite low
