I have been waiting to buy these for so long. I have been admiring their aesthetics and reading great reviews about them on other blogs etc and I thought now that I have bought a pair from amazon, I should review them as no one has yet.

Looks 10/10
These headphones just look the sex to me (excuse my vulgur choice of words) but really, they are so slick and stylish. I wore them out yesterday and the amount of strangers telling me how cool they are was astonishing. The stainless steel panels on the side are just like mirrors, like an ipod back, which is so cool. The headphones also fit very nicely on the head, at first it seemed a bit weird but after adjusting and getting used to how it fits, it now fits perfectly unlike many on ear headphones that seem to be SO chunky.

Build Quality 9/10
Everything on these headphones seem to work like clockwork. All smooth, all accurate, all right. The ear pads are very comfortable, maybe not as soft as Bose headphones but comfortbable enough to not have any fatigue after several hours of use. The only complaint I have are the wires. They are a tad thin for my liking however, that is not to say they are too weak, I am jst saying compared to the rest of it, I would have liked sturdier wires.

SOUND 10/10
I am no audiophile but I am pretty picky with my headphones. I have gone through many sets and I currently own Senn PX100's and CX300's. In comparison, the ES7's are better in nearly all aspects. The bass is very well controlled but very powerful, where as the CX300's are just as powerful in some sense but not so subtle (a bit..muddy). The clarity surpasses the PX100's and at first I felt it was a bit tinny, however some EQ adjustments made them perfect, a very good blend of clear high ends, strong mid range, Powerful mid bass (where most base falls into in general music), and deep low bass. In all, very good. Tbh, it was not surprise either as the price of them do suggest good quality and Audio Techinica are known to make very good headphones (some call them the Japanese answer to Sennheiser). Oh additionally, it also blocks out the outside noise pretty well, usually when I have music on I can just hear some loud noises from the outside, nothing more. It has good sound isolation when worn so people around can't hear the loudness of your music.

in all 97/100 in my opinion, very very very worth the money. Form + Function right here
