Excellent service and very good laptop. Laptop arrived when promised. Easy to set up and get running. Strongly recommend this laptop to all levels of users.

Seems to run very slow, battery life is not that good. Bought it for an 8 yr old for xmas so it will do, but wish i had spent a bit more money, and got a Sony or Toshiba machine.
